Badjao Bridge built a new Lighthouse Learning Center on the island of Palawan! This center serves the community as a hub for learning, healthcare, and hurricane shelter. Best of all, it has brought preschool to the island! Young children have a safe place to play, to belong, and to learn.

Your support has given the gift of clean water. A new water tank has been built to serve Badjao communities in the southern part of The Philippines. Every day, this clean water makes a huge difference for hundreds of lives and is keeping people healthy and safe.
Housed
This year, we learned about two adolescent children who had no safe place to go. Dan and Badjao families worked together to build a new home for the children. We are so thankful that our U.S. and Badjao communities get to work together across the globe to help those in need.
Equipped
A new kindergarten classroom was built on the island of Bohol! The children had been in an outdoor space, trying to focus in the heat and rain. Now, they are learning in their own indoor classroom.
AND, two more classrooms are nearing completion for first and second graders! Each classroom has learning supplies, a bathroom and a hand-washing station.
AND, a new kitchen to serve the students is being built. The kids are so excited!
